Requesting a Name Change

Name changes may be requested via your Account Settings page.
For security reasons, all requested changes must be reviewed and approved by customer service staff.

Steps

  1. On the certiverse.com home, click your account avatar, then Account Settings.

  2. On the Account Summary tile, click the 🖊 button to edit your name. 


  3. Update name fields as needed and provide the reason for the requested change.
A member of the customer service team will reach out confirming the name change.
