Requesting a Name Change
Name changes may be requested via your Account Settings page.
If you have an SSO/Organization Log In, you must submit your request with your Exam Sponsor.
Steps
1. On the certiverse.com home page, click on your account avatar, then select Account Settings.
2. On the Account Summary tile, click on the 🖊 icon to edit your name.
3. Update the name fields as needed and provide the reason for the requested change.
For security reasons, all requested changes must be reviewed and approved by the customer support staff.
