Screen Sharing on MacOS with Sonoma Update

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to facilitate screen sharing on the SEB for devices running on MacOS Sonoma.

Share your screen

Click on the blue "Share Screen" button to initiate the screen sharing process. This action will prompt a menu to appear, displaying options for screen sharing.

 

Select Entire Screen

Your screen will turn a light shade of blue and a new a new button will appear. Choose the entire screen you wish to share by clicking on the "Share This Screen" button in the middle of your screen. Your selected screen will now be visible to the proctor.



Manage Presenter Overlay

The Presenter Overlay option must be disabled before you proceed to the exam. Toggle the presenter overlay to Off to disable it. 


Click NEXT

You can click on the NEXT button to proceed to your exam.
