Rescheduling a Live Proctoring Exam 

This article will guide you on how to reschedule your exam.

1. If you have an SSO/Organization log in, please log in from your sponsor’s website first.

Please note that to reschedule your exam, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

1. From the Certiverse Exam Dashboard, find your appointment and select the Reschedule button.
   

1. After this, you will go back to the exam scheduling page to find a new date and time for your appointment.
   

Appointments cannot be rescheduled for more than 60 days after the original appointment
