If you paid for your test through Certiverse, a refund will be initiated upon cancellation, given it was before the exam expired. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process the refund. If you used a voucher, the voucher will reactivate as long as it hasn't expired.

All scheduled exams be considered a No Show and therefore expire if you do not arrive 45 minutes after your scheduled exam time.
