Cancellation and Refund Questions

For Unscheduled, on-demand exams (including practice tests):
All exams expire 7 days from registration. No refunds will be given after the exam expires.

Test candidates may cancel a test through Certiverse and receive a full refund when canceling before the exam expires (7 days from registration). No refunds will be issued for any reason after the exam expires. For questions and assistance with canceling contact support@certiverse.com

If you paid for your test through Certiverse, a refund will be initiated upon cancellation, given it was before the exam expired. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process the refund. If you used a voucher, the voucher reactivates.

For Live, Scheduled (including practice tests):
All scheduled exams be considered a No Show and therefore expire if you do not arrive 45 minutes after your scheduled exam time.   
No refunds will be given after the exam expires.

Test candidates may cancel a test through Certiverse and receive a full refund when canceling up to 24 Hours before your schedule time.  All scheduled exams expire if you do not arrive 45 minutes after your scheduled exam time. No refunds will be issued for any reason after the exam expires.

If you paid for your test through Certiverse, a refund will be initiated upon cancellation, given it was 24 hours before your scheduled exam.  Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process the refund. If you used a voucher, the voucher reactivates.
