How to Use the Candidate Booking Experience Localization (Phase 1)

The Candidate Booking Experience Localization introduces translations for Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Japanese when scheduling an exam.


This phase introduces new language support for Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese, with a language dropdown for seamless switching.
Localization has been applied to key UI elements, including the header, footer, organization selection, exam selection, system compatibility verification, scheduling, review & payment, and eligibility modals.

Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to navigate the localized booking experience:

1. Select a Language

  1. Click the Language dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Select Japanese from the list.

2. Choose an Organization

  1. Click Organization Selection.
  2. Select the desired organization from the list.

3. Select an Exam

  1. Click Exam Selection.
  2. Choose the Exam Blueprint.
  3. Click GET STARTED to proceed.

4. Switch Language (Optional)

  1. Click the Language dropdown again.
  2. Select Spanish.
  3. Click NEXT to continue.

5. Apply a Promo Code (If Applicable)

  1. Click the Promo Code field.
  2. Enter your promo code.
  3. Click APPLY.

6. Switch Language Again (Optional)

  1. Click the Language dropdown.
  2. Select Simplified Chinese.
  3. Click CONTINUE.

7. Expand Additional Options (If Needed)

  1. Click Expand to view more details.

Notes

  • The system retains the selected language throughout the booking process until changed manually.
  • If translations do not load immediately, the interface will display the original English text temporarily.
