How to View Your Final Exam Score
After completing your exam, your final score will typically be available within 48 to 72 hours. Here's what to expect and what to do if you don’t see your results:
When Will I Receive My Results?
- In many cases, you’ll receive a pass/fail status immediately after submitting your exam.
- If your exam requires additional review, your official results will be available within 48 to 72 hours after your appointment.
How Will I Receive My Score?
Once your exam has been fully processed, you will either:
- See your score directly in your Certiverse account, or
- Receive an email with your official results.
Note: The status shown immediately after submitting your exam (such as Provisional or Pending Review) is not your final score.
What If I Haven’t Received My Score?
If it has been more than 72 hours and you still don’t see your final score:
- Contact your exam sponsor for more information.
- If you’re unsure who your sponsor is or don’t have their contact details, reach out to Certiverse Support at support@certiverse.com. Our team will help connect you to the right organization.
