When Will I Receive My Results?

• In many cases, you’ll receive a pass/fail status immediately after submitting your exam.
• If your exam requires additional review, your official results will be available within 48 to 72 hours after your appointment.

How Will I Receive My Score?

Once your exam has been fully processed, you will either:

• See your score directly in your Certiverse account, or
• Receive an email with your official results.

Note: The status shown immediately after submitting your exam (such as Provisional or Pending Review) is not your final score.

What If I Haven’t Received My Score?

If it has been more than 72 hours and you still don’t see your final score:

• Contact your exam sponsor for more information.
• If you’re unsure who your sponsor is or don’t have their contact details, reach out to Certiverse Support at support@certiverse.com. Our team will help connect you to the right organization.
