How to Transfer a Credly Badge to a New Preferred Email
To transfer your badge from your previous account to a new preferred email, you can follow these steps:
1. Log in to Credly using the email address where the badge was originally issued.
2. Link your personal email to your Credly account
- Go to https://www.credly.com/users/sign_in
- Under Account > Email Addresses, add your personal email.
- Verify the new email address via the confirmation email sent by Credly.
3. Once verified, you can set your personal email as the primary and remove the previous email if desired.
4. Your badge(s) will remain intact and accessible under your updated account.
If you no longer have access to your previous email or encounter issues during this process, please contact Credly Support for assistance.
For other exams which do not use Credly for the badges and certificates, please contact your exam sponsor for further assistance.
