How to book an exam in Certiverse

This article will show you how to book an exam in Certiverse 

Log into Certiverse

1. First, you will need to log into your account 
   

If you have an SSO/Organization log in, please log in from your sponsor’s website

Select the exam 

1. Then, please select the organization you will take the exam from

1. Choose the correct exam for you
   

Booking

1. To start scheduling, you will be asked to verify your system compatibility

This is a great way to understand how our system works and to check if your system, microphone and camera are working properly to take the exam.

1. Select the time and date according to your needs.
   

Please make sure the time zone is correct and that you are in the right time of day for your exam.

Payment

1. If prompted, select your payment method, for debit card, continue with the “Credit Card” option.

1. If you would like your company's information on the invoice, please provide the necessary details here.

Please note that the invoice is going to be auto-generated with the cardholder information.

1. If you have a voucher, input the voucher code here and hit “APPLY”.
   

1. Input your Debit or Credit Card information here.

1. Verify that the booking information is correct to allow time for any necessary changes.
